This time, we set ourselves the difficult task of making a model that will compete on the slopes with carving for skiers and their sharply cut curves . It was clear that a balanced machine would want to reach this goal, which must behave very calmly even at speeds of around 80 km / h.
Gangster FR got a new shape of skis and a completely new frame geometry. Both skis are 90 mm longer than the other models and have a carving shape, where the front skis follow exactly the shape of the rear ski and thus form a uniform radius. In order to set the position of the center of gravity as accurately as possible, the skis are equipped with 5 rows of inserts.
The head tube angle is set to 66 °. The double frame construction with the unique shape of the frame tube allows to handle extreme overload in the arc. An already proven concept with a front suspension fork is another important factor that contributes significantly to the possibility of a fast, yet very smooth and controlled ride.
